The hotel staff were accomodating and friendly. The hotel itself and grounds are beautiful and seem well maintained. The hot breakfast was great with new selections each day. The pool and fitness area were the nicest we have ever been at and been able to use. There was plenty of parking and located near a lot of restaurants and shopping. We will definitley stay at this hotel again.

Our room #628 was quite big for us 3 people. Especially our daughter was moving in the college dormitory so we had to buy lots of things for her daily life & she needed a big space to sort things with some suitcases. The location was very convenient to access for the shops even by walk and also easy to drive around in Garden City. Breakfast included is a plus. Maid lady was nice & friendly.

Rooms are nice, and lobby is attractive and seems pretty new. Front desk staff is very friendly. Breakfast is consistently excellent! Doors to fire stairs are well marked.

If I’m going to be completely straight we could all moan going into these places the room was comfortable and spacious there was issues with broken tiles in the bathroom however the staff and location more than made up for it also the WiFi was very good and very strong location was great swimming pool was also very good

Calm safe place, check out at 12, swimming pool 10 am to 10 pm, free breakfast, very big and clean room with fridge and coffee machine..

It was nice and cleaned, the location was fantastic,beside the whole food Market,close to Walmart, in fact shrouded by all facilities, such as Markets, Restaurants. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent, rooms service, Parking lot were excellent.they didn’t charge additional fees. Thank you Hyatt …

The staff were very friendly and polite. The 2 queen beds with lounge area was a great size for a family. The location was amazing with restaurants, malls, shopping outlets, and outdoor activities. Can't say enough about the location! Also, Westbury is calm, clean, and just reminded of us of home in Cambridge, Ontario.

The room was clean and quiet, I loved that. The bed was comfortable. The staff at our check-in time was very sweet. Breakfast was really good. The breakfast staff was excellent!
